Sales Account Coordinator
Location: Office-based

We’re supporting a well-established business based in Leamington that supplies specialist equipment to the manufacturing sector. They’re now looking for a proactive and organised Sales Account Coordinator to join their friendly team. This is a varied position combining customer service with internal administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally.
 

Responsibilities of an Sales Account Coordinator:
You’ll play a central role in the smooth running of operations, delivering excellent service to customers while ensuring internal teams have the support they need. Typical duties include:

  • Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues in the UK and abroad
  • Organising logistics for machinery dispatch and delivery
  • Processing spares enquiries and orders
  • Coordinating schedules and supporting team workflows
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing internal data systems
