Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Pay: £17.92 per hour PAYE (via Umbrella PAYE) + overtime
Contract: 6 months (extensions & permanent opportunities possible)
Hours: 37.5 per week, day shift with flexible start/finish times (core hours 8:30am–3:30pm)
Are you a skilled Gear Cutter CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision engineering? Bring your gear cutting expertise to a company where quality comes first. As a Gear Cutter CNC Machinist, you’ll operate state-of-the-art shaping and hobbing machines to produce critical components that keep motorsport and aerospace moving.
What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC gear cutting machines (shaping & hobbing)
- Manufacture spur gears, helical gears, and splines to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programmes
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and right-first-time production
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Gear Cutter, CNC Machinist, or Transmission Machinist
- Knowledge of shaping and hobbing techniques
- Ability to edit CNC programmes and work to exacting standards
