  • Looking for an HR professional with hands-on experience managing both collective and individual redundancy consultations.
  • Comfortable in sensitive, 1:1 conversations, ensuring legal compliance and fairness throughout.
  • Including designing objective selection criteria, leading legally compliant consultation meetings, and exploring alternatives to dismissal throughout the process.

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • A solid understanding of HR processes, employment law, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience managing both collective and individual redundancy consultations.
  • Comfortable in sensitive, 1:1 conversations, ensuring legal compliance and fairness throughout.
  • Navigate ACAS-compliant redundancy processes, engaging stakeholders early and meaningfully.
