What you'll be doing:
As a Systems Analyst, you will:
- Work closely with business and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
- Collaborate with third-party support partners to resolve incidents and defects.
- Support the planning and implementation of changes and upgrades within SAP.
- Assist in identifying root causes of recurring issues and proposing long-term solutions.
- Ensure a smooth transition of changes into business-as-usual operations.
- Help test, validate, and support SAP enhancements and new releases.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Strong experience in SAP environments, ideally in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Field Service Management, Engineering, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution, Logistics.
- Solid technical and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across teams.
Desirable:
- Experience working with third-party providers and outsourced support models.
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management and Software Lifecycle practices.
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience.
Working relationships:
You'll work closely with:
- The Operational Apps Service Owner and Solution Architect
- Business Process Owners and Analysts
- Integration and support teams across the business
- Third-party vendors and delivery partners
