We are seeking experienced Insurance Broker / Account Executive to join our clients team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a large and successful office with an experienced leadership team and a focus on growth and development.

This role can be based in Warwick, Birmingham, Northampton or Leicester offices.

The Role

  • Manage inbound/outbound communication with warm leads
  • Handle existing accounts and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with the SME team to drive business growth
  • Contribute to the training and development of junior team members
  • Excellent career progression within a large professional insurance group

The Candidate

  • 3 years minimum Cross Class experience
  • Proven experience in Property & Casualty within the Commercial and Corporate sector
  • Good Technical Commercial knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of insurance industry practices and principles
