Warehouse Stock Clerk

The Job People are looking for a Warehouse Stock Clerk to join a well-established Logistics company in Leamington Spa.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic colleagues who are willing to work long term with the opportunity to gain a full-time contract.

Previous Stock Clerk / Inbound / Inventory / PC experience preferred.

Shift Hours as a Warehouse Stock Clerk:

• Fixed AM Shift
• 08.00-17.00
• Monday to Friday
• Flex required from time to time, start an hour earlier, or stay an hour later, depending on the customer requirements.
• Opportunity to go permanent after a qualifying period.

Pay Rates for Warehouse Stock Clerk:

• 13.00 per hour
• 19.00 per hour Overtime paid after 40 hours - time & a half rate.
• Pay increase after 12 weeks
• 30,900 per year when perm
• Opportunity for a full time contract after 12 weeks

Duties as a Warehouse Stock Clerk in Leamington Spa:

• Support the warehouse with booking in all inbound stock using inhouse WMS systems
• Check the stock - ensure it is accurate / not damaged
• Book all stock using mintsoft system
• Carry out compliance checks to ensure it is putaway accurately into the correct locations
• Segregate inbound deliveries by customer and product
• Problem solver
• Forward thinker
• Support the operation with the moving of stock and pallets in the warehouse
• Have a keen eye for detail and ensure no mistakes are made
• Order picking and packing a variety of goods using an RF Scanner.
• Checking customer orders and ensuring 100% accuracy
• Role requires you to stand on your feet for long periods of time and some heavy lifting of boxed goods.
