This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a passion for employment law and a desire to work on high-quality matters with a varied client base.

Role Overview:

You'll be advising both employers and employees on a broad spectrum of employment matters, including:- Disciplinary and grievance procedures- Redundancies and restructures- TUPE transfers- Settlement agreements- Employment Tribunal claims- Employment contracts and HR policies- Discrimination and whistleblowing claims

You'll manage your own caseload while also collaborating on more complex matters with senior colleagues. The role offers a balance of contentious and non-contentious work, and the chance to build strong relationships with a wide range of clients.
