Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working Hours: Day Shifts (37.5 hours/week, Monday - Friday)

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern facility where you'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance to support continuous, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer
Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution and effective handovers
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as per schedule
Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and control system faults across production lines
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives
What Were Looking For:
Electrical background with mechanical competence
Experience in an industrial maintenance environment
Ability to interpret technical drawings (PLC, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical)
Excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills
Valid UK driving licence
