Maintenance Engineer
Location: Coventry

Shift - Nights

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Coventry on a double days shift pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and improving the performance of our production machinery and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure technical availability of production machinery and facilities
* Perform first-line fixes to minimise downtime and support production continuity
* Maintain equipment to TPM schedules and improve machine uptime using OEE data
* Support building services and participate in improvement projects
* Mentor apprentices and provide technical advice when needed

Requirements:
* HNC in Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
* 18th Edition electrical wiring qualification (advantageous)
* Experience with PLC fault finding (S5, S7, TIA Portal), safety systems, and control panels
* Minimum 1 year in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing setting
* Strong knowledge of electro-pneumatics, hydraulics, and machining technologies
* Ability to work independently or collaboratively under time pressure
