Founded in 2004, Intex Facades has successfully completed over 300 SFS and Rain screen Cladding projects nationwide.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced facades Site Supervisor to join our new project in Leamington Spa. As a Site Supervisor you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and working together on planning and managing all day-to-day site activities, maintaining programs, work schedules and lookingafter personnel and the execution of strip and reclad.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of cladding installation on construction sites
- Ensure that all work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage and supervise on-site workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns
- Adhering with the company policies and procedures, especially the Equal Opportunities and Harassment Policy
- Any other duties as may be reasonably be required from time-to-time
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facades construction and site supervision
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing facades projects from start to finish
- Gold/Black CSCS card
PayRates - £220 per day
Contract Duration - 5 months
