  • Mechanical and hydraulic assembly and/or end-of-line testing of components
  • Using measurement tools like verniers and micrometers for precision inspection
  • Supporting quality investigations and contributing to continuous improvement projects
  • Navigating basic systems and structured processes effectively
  • Managing time and tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with company standards
Mechanical Assembly Technician:
  • Proven mechanical assembly and/or test skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and quality control processes
  • Confidence using standard measurement tools
  • Intermediate computer literacy – especially MS Office
  • A self-motivated attitude with strong organisational skills
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
  • Ideally, a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience
