What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the team leader to prioritise workload and meet demanding build schedules

  • Applying structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. 8D methodology) to eliminate defects and drive continuous improvement

  • Sharing expertise to help train others, raising the bar on build standards across the team

  • Working collaboratively across departments to improve efficiency and product quality
