Your new roleAs a Year 6 teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism and ensuring a positive, engaging learning environment for all pupils. You will set clear, differentiated learning targets based on prior attainment, plan adaptive lessons in collaboration with colleagues, and provide a stimulating classroom environment. Your role includes implementing a broad and balanced curriculum, using ICT effectively, and providing regular feedback to help pupils progress. You will also support the social, emotional, and cultural development of pupils, maintain good relationships and behaviour management. Additionally, you will work closely with support staff, monitor pupil progress, and report to senior leaders and parents.
