A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and detail-focused Quality Inspector to join a leading supplier in the motorsport and high-performance automotive industry. This company operates at the top level of the sport - supplying components for categories such as GT Racing, Formula E, and WRC. They're now looking to expand their quality team at their state of the art facility in Warwick.
This is the ideal role for someone with a strong mechanical background and a passion for precision, particularly in metallic and precision-machined components.

The Role:

• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections on components used in a number of applications across high end automotive and motorsport.
• Inspect machined, subcontract-manufactured parts to the highest standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Use a variety of hand-held measuring tools such as vernier callipers, height gauges and micrometres.
• Communicate inspection results and collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and customers.

What You'll Bring:

• Solid experience in a quality inspection or precision engineering environment.
• Strong mechanical understanding and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Confident using a range of inspection tools and gauges.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive, motivated approach and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
