Are you a Revit Technician or similar from a Surveying background looking for a varied role working on specialist Land / Utility surveying projects within a well-established yet growing Consultancy who provide specialist training and ongoing progression to senior roles?

This well-established company are a Consultancy specialising primarily in Land and Utilities surveys working with a broad network of clients ranging from private individuals right through to Tier 1 Contractors such as Balfour Beatty and Kier. They have seen continual growth since their establishment 30 years ago and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly design team.

In this varied role you will work on a range of Measured Building Survey projects as you interpret data collected by surveyors and create appropriate designs. You will work within the friendly office team of 5 and have opportunities to continually develop and upskill yourself as you work in office with options for hybrid work (if you have a suitable home set up).

This exciting role would suit a Revit Technician looking to further their career within Land / Utilities surveying within a well-established company offering specialist training and ongoing progression.

The Role:
* Use Revit and AutoCAD for designs
* Work on specialist Measured Building Survey projects
* Interpret data collected by surveyors and create appropriate designs
* Work in team of 5 and liaise with other departments and key stakeholders part in tight-knit office team

The Person:
* Revit / AutoCAD Technician
* Surveying experience / background
* Commutable to Leamington Spa
