Location: Leamington Spa
Pay Rate: 12.50 per hour
Days: 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri - to be confirmed)
Hours: 06:30 - 17:00
Breaks: 15-minute morning break and 30-minute lunch break

Omnia Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced and mechanically minded Machine Operator to join our client - a leading automotive manufacturer based in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the automotive industry, with the potential for the role to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities as a Machine Operator:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
Follow technical and mechanical training to carry out tasks accurately.
Perform quality checks and ensure products meet required standards.
Assist with routine maintenance and report any faults promptly.
Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet daily targets.
Requirements for the Machine Operator role:
Previous experience in a machine or production environment.
Mechanically minded with confidence in using tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to develop new skills.
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
