Role Overview:

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of everyone supported. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and registered with the CQC, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain and enhance service provision across various settings, including supported living, domiciliary care, and extra care.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple services, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and standards.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Provide effective leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Utilize practice leadership techniques to align and develop team practices with organizational goals.

Collaborate with the Head of Operations and other stakeholders to drive performance and achieve excellence in service delivery.

Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a safe and supportive environment for staff and service users.

Act as a champion for service users, advocating for their rights, preferences, and well-being.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of UK experience in a senior managerial role within the healthcare sector.

Experience in supported living, domiciliary care, or extra care settings.

Level 5 diploma in leadership and management in adult care or equivalent experience.

Registered with the CQC or eligibility for registration.

Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicle.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
