Role Overview:
As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality services tailored to the specific needs of everyone supported. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and registered with the CQC, you will lead a dedicated team to maintain and enhance service provision across various settings, including supported living, domiciliary care, and extra care.
Responsibilities:
路Lead and oversee multiple services, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
路Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
路Provide effective leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
路Utilize practice leadership techniques to align and develop team practices with organizational goals.
路Collaborate with the Head of Operations and other stakeholders to drive performance and achieve excellence in service delivery.
路Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a safe and supportive environment for staff and service users.
路Act as a champion for service users, advocating for their rights, preferences, and well-being.
Requirements:
路Minimum of 2 years of UK experience in a senior managerial role within the healthcare sector.
路Experience in supported living, domiciliary care, or extra care settings.
路Level 5 diploma in leadership and management in adult care or equivalent experience.
路Registered with the CQC or eligibility for registration.
路Possession of a valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
路Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
路Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
