I am working with an established business in Leamington, to recruit for an accounts manager within a values-driven organisation. You'll manage day-to-day operations, maintain accurate financial reporting, and support a high-performing team while keeping processes compliant and efficient.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the Trading Accounts and AP teams, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
Overseeing monthly trading reports, supplier invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
Resolving discrepancies with operations teams and suppliers.
Acting as the first point of contact for trading and supplier queries.
Maintaining procedures, documentation, and internal finance systems.
Supporting audit requirements and providing weekly/monthly reporting to senior finance.
Developing your team through training plans, feedback, and clear expectations.
