Due to an increase in workload and demand, a superb opportunity has arisen for a bright, motivated and organised individual to join this fast paced organisation in Leamington.

You will be working as an Office Administrator to within our client's administrative team. This team play a crucial role in supporting the company's sales teams. The ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in using various Microsoft packages and have a great work ethic.

They are open to receiving applications from experienced administrators, or someone with transferable skills who is willing to learn. Their proven staff induction plan allows new members of staff to quickly bring themselves up to speed in relation to the sector as well as our best practice administration processes. The industry is fast paced with many ups and downs along the journey hence, if you enjoy a busy work environment where you manage multiple tasks, you will thrive here!

  • We are also realistic that business does slow down during low season so everyone is given 3-4 days extra holiday each year in addition to your agreed annual leave entitlement so you can finish just before Christmas and not return to work till the New Year!
  • Our working pattern: 8.45am to 17.30pm - Monday and Friday from home and then Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in the office.
  • All new starters are supplied with a new laptop, headset, additional monitor & wireless keyboard and mouse to allow you to work seamlessly between home and the office.

Remuneration Package:

  • Annual Leave Entitlement: 21 days + Bank Holidays & Christmas closure (3-4 days).

The Role & Main Responsibilities:

  • Completing right to work checks
  • DBS checks
  • Reference Requests
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
  • Basic IT support / Internal Projects / Internal event organising
  • Manage and maintain the day-to-day relationships and contacts
  • Health and safety management
  • Helping with stationery, office orders
  • Manage telephone enquiries, photocopying and other administrative support as required
  • Collating weekly KPI statistics for review
  • Completing reference checks
  • Weekly/ Monthly reports and statistics

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who is competent in the following areas:

  • Can evidence previous administration experience
  • Be confident and able to use their own initiative when required
  • Have excellent relationship management skills
  • Be well organised, self-motivated and possess a strong attention to detail
  • Be an competent user of all MS Office software
