We're working with a unique, small insurance company known for its outstanding products within their sector. Due to continued growth and an upcoming project, they're looking to bring on a Senior Software Developer.
The business is currently undergoing a company-wide modernisation programme, with a key upcoming project focused on migrating their policy administration system. As the Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a leading technical role on this project and others, helping to shape the future of their technology landscape.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about technology and problem-solving someone who enjoys building new solutions and modernising legacy applications. You'll be joining a fast-moving, agile, and dynamic team focused on continuous improvement. This is not a people management position, but a position to lead technically.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience playing a key role in migration and modernisation projects
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- A proactive mindset, someone who contributes ideas and solves problems
- Experience working in a Kanban environment
- Proficient in C# and .NET
- Experience working in an Azure Cloud environment
