Job Overview:Atlantis Medical is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the inpatient team at Ashford & St Peter's Hospital. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients, supporting their rehabilitation and recovery in an inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans for patients with a range of medical conditions

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals

  • Develop tailored rehabilitation programs to promote mobility and independence

  • Conduct regular patient progress reviews and adjust treatments as needed

  • Provide education and advice to patients, families, and carers

  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with NHS standards

  • Participate in discharge planning for safe patient transitions

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist

  • Previous NHS experience in an inpatient setting

  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Desirable: experience in rehabilitation, post-op care, or general medical wards
