As the Speech and Language Therapy Lead, you will:
- Lead and manage a specialist team of Speech and Language Therapists.
- Provide high-quality assessments and interventions for clients with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions.
- Oversee the development of therapy services and ensure clinical excellence.
- Conduct mental capacity assessments and advocate for clients.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external agencies.
- Manage performance, appraisals, and recruitment within the SLT department.
- Support service development and quality improvement projects.
The Speech and Language Therapy Lead role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
