Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are recruiting for a Regional Manager within the Building energy management systems (BEMS) sector.
The position is a high-profile senior management role within the business and will be working with one of the UK's leading providers of Building management system (BMS).

The Role:
- Working closely with the southern operations director to achieve the combined southern targets
- This is a high-profile senior management function with a direct impact not only on the success of the division but the company as a whole
- Providing an environment for the team to collaborate, innovate and ultimately succeed together
- Delivery revenue budget
- Deliver EBITDA Budget
- Manage H&S Responsibilities, including new electrical policy
- Aspire to achieve monthly / annual KPI'S
- Develop new business opportunities
Requirements:
- We are seeking someone with exceptional understanding of BMS Control systems, customer service ethos and strong organisational skills
- Experienced across both service and projects and overseeing the BMS Service and Projects
- Commercially astute and professional individual
- Passionate about Building controls / Building management systems (BMS)
- Experienced with budget management through to P&L.
