This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about food & beverage, experienced in launching or scaling grocery brands, and thrives on building relationships that drive sales growth across retail, convenience, and foodservice.

About the Role

Acting as a key commercial lead in the UK market, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for a premium product range
  • Securing listings with major retailers, convenience groups, and foodservice partners
  • Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
  • Building lasting relationships with buyers and decision-makers across the sector
  • Collaborating with distribution partners to align pricing, logistics, and availability
  • Providing market insights and commercial reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Delivering standout presentations and product demos that win over customers
