This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying and implementing automation opportunities to enhance DevOps infrastructure and streamline ways of working. You'll play a central role in optimizing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring robust monitoring and alerting across a dynamic Azure-based cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical capabilities, along with hands-on experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud systems.

• On the organisation: Drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation by improving automation and deployment pipelines, ensuring the technical foundation supports long-term growth.

• On the team: Collaborate across development, operations, and QA, fostering a DevOps culture focused on continuous improvement and seamless integration.

• On the end user: Help deliver high-availability, performant, and secure platforms that ensure a reliable and quality experience for all users.

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps and software development roles

• Proven experience with:

  • Azure DevOps CI/CD tooling (pipelines, infrastructure as code)

  • Azure PaaS infrastructure using Terraform, ARM templates, or similar

  • At least one high-level language (e.g., C#)

  • Application performance monitoring and incident management processes

• Proficient in:

  • PowerShell, Azure CLI

  • Git, JavaScript, JSON, XML, YAML

• Experience with:

  • Distributed architectures and container technologies

  • Building and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant systems

  • .NET development in an Azure cloud environment

  • Agile or iterative SDLC methodologies
