Our client, a key player in the highways maintenance sector, is currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team in Surrey!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all commercial functions, ensuring efficient processes and contract compliance
- Provide accurate monthly reporting and commercial insights to senior management
- Develop and monitor budgets, driving cost certainty and financial performance
- Oversee contracts with supply chain partners and manage sub-contractor agreements
- Support final accounts, risk management, and governance to ensure robust commercial performance
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the commercial team to deliver consistent results
Job Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in highways maintenance or a related field
- Experience managing overall contract performance
- Previous team leadership and management experience
- Ability to constructively engage with people from all levels of the organisation
- Background as a Managing QS or Senior QS with experience managing teams previously.
