Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on maximising cash flow and reducing risk? We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Credit Controller to join our finance team and take responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of international clients.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring timely payment across multiple global regions and support the smooth financial operation of a fast-paced, event-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage accounts receivable through calls, emails and written communication

  • Ensure timely payments ahead of live events, adhering to internal policy

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the finance system

  • Address and resolve account queries swiftly to minimise bad debt risk

  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues where necessary

  • Attend international events or offices when needed to support on-site collections and strengthen stakeholder relationships

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a finance department

  • Experience handling international payments (event industry experience is a bonus)

  • Confidence using finance systems (experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce is highly desirable)

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
