Our client based in Frimley are seeking a temporary Customer Service temp to join their busy team. This role would suit someone with previous administration and customer service experience, you must be available immediately to start.
Duties:
- Answer phones and take messages from our customers
- Log these calls on a spreadsheet
- Meet with the Manager regularly to discuss and agree action
- Respond to all telephone calls within 24 hours
- Tidying online files and envelope stuffing
- Liaising with external parties
Requirements:
- Good experience of working in a busy office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Need to have a mature approach and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail
- Available immediately to start a new role
Full-time, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm (35 hours) based in the office.
