Care Manager 

Full-time - 39.75 hours per week

£16.66 per hour + excellent benefits

Location: Reigate, Surrey

We are currently seeking an outstanding Care Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a well-established and highly regarded care setting rated "Good" by CQC.

As Care Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role within the home, reporting directly to the General Manager and overseeing the day-to-day care operations. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards, mentoring the care team, and ensuring residents receive compassionate, dignified, and personalised support.

We're looking for a Care Manager who is:

A strong, positive leader with excellent organisational skills

Able to work autonomously and inspire a team through a hands-on, people-first approach
