Location: M25 Surrey Corridor (Surrey & West Sussex)
Day Rate: 230-250 (CIS/LTD) or 174.96 - 190.17 (PAYE)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
The Role
We're looking for an experienced NVQ Level 3 Qualified Electrician to join a long-term social housing contract, supporting the maintenance and improvement of 1,700 homes across Surrey and West Sussex.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out inspection and testing for condition reporting of electrical installations
Installing smoke and heat alarms
Performing fault finding and diagnosis
Consumer Control Unit (CCU) upgrades
Partial rewires and reactive maintenance
Ensuring all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
Completing certification and reports accurately
Essential Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installation (or equivalent)
BS 7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Level 3 Inspection & Testing (2391 or equivalent)
ECS Gold Card
Own tools and full UK driving licence
(SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential.)
