What will this person be doing?
- Design, develop, test, and document analogue and digital electronic circuits.
- Translate requirements into design and technical specifications.
- Contribute to concept development and feasibility studies for new technologies.
- Support system integration, verification, validation, DFMEA/PFMEA, and production handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on returned products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing, and quality.
- Manage and deliver electronics workstreams within projects.
- Provide task estimates and progress updates for self-managed work.
- Ensure quality throughout the electronics development cycle using Altium and Windchill.
- Drive continuous improvement of design processes and development guidelines.
Essential Skills
- A minimum of a BSc in Electronics.
- Proficient in analogue and mixed-signal electronic circuit design.
- PCB design and schematic capture (Altium).
- Design of interface circuits and integration with microcontroller and FPGA platforms.
- Implementation of both analogue and digital filtering techniques.
- Solid understanding of power management principles and circuit design theory.
- Familiarity with embedded software development, including the use of design, simulation, and verification tools.
- Knowledge of R&D methodologies.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
