We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our client’s friendly and fast-paced Technical Support team. What You’ll Be Doing:

In this Graduate Technical Support role, you will be at the heart of our client’s service delivery team, supporting customers and engineers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Don’t worry if you don’t have lots of experience—they will provide training and support to get you up to speed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer technical enquiries—helping solve problems or escalating them to the right team member.
  • Logging and tracking customer requests and service tickets using HubSpot software.
  • Preparing accurate quotes and following up with customers to provide updates or answer questions.
  • Coordinating service orders and ensuring they’re entered correctly into our systems (Sage).
  • Supporting engineers by processing their reports and helping move jobs through to invoicing.
  • Working with the finance team to resolve any payment or billing queries.
  • Keeping all service documentation and records up to date in SharePoint.
  • Checking stock availability of spare parts in collaboration with the purchasing team.
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal processes by suggesting updates to guides and documentation.
  • Offering support to team members and stepping in to assist during busy periods or holidays.

  • A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Business, IT, or similar).
  • A keen interest in technology and how things work.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in.
  • The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset—you’re someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
  • A collaborative team player who’s also happy to work independently.
