LOCATION:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Office based near Leatherhead with some on-site work
BACKGROUND:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â This role is operations focused supporting a team of Project Managers
SALARY:                     £22,000 to £24,00 per annum depending on experience
Our client is a well-established events agency who are based in beautiful offices and hiring due to growth in the business. The company handles corporate events in the UK for international clients
THE ROLE
To assist and support where appropriate, assigned admin duties in relation to the delivery of consumer events
- Researching venues, restaurants, activities, and transportation
- Supporting Project Managers with assigned tasks
- Helping with the creation of client proposals
- Responding to phone calls and emails
- Representing company policy and requirements
- Office administration including maintaining client and supplier databases
- On-site assistance at events (includes occasional weekends)
- Support of general office administration

HOURS OF WORK
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week office based with additional hours when working on-site.
HOLIDAY
This position carries a holiday entitlement of 28 days including Bank Holidays pro-rated
REPORTING
This role reports to the Head of Events
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
The successful candidate will be well-organised, enthusiastic and hard-working and will have worked on corporate events
Candidates should be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be educated to at least A level standard
