As a Placement Broker, you'll be the bridge between Account Executives and the insurer market-helping to secure the best outcomes for clients across a range of commercial risks. Whether you're an experienced broker or a junior candidate with the right attitude and potential, this could be your next big move.
What you'll be doing:- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers
- Placing commercial risks into the market with confidence and clarity
- Supporting Account Executives and Handlers with placement strategy
- Negotiating competitive terms and staying ahead of market trends
- Acting as a trusted Placement Broker within a collaborative team
- A strong personality and excellent communication skills
- Experience in broking or insurer relations is ideal-but we're open to junior candidates with the right mindset
- Someone who enjoys working with people and solving problems
- A proactive, organised, and commercially aware individual
