Tax Manager (Direct Tax)

Surrey | Flexible Hybrid Working

£75,000-£85,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Alexander Lloyd is exclusively partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing organisations to appoint a talented Tax Manager.

This is a key role providing direct tax compliance, advisory, and risk management expertise to support the groupambitious UK and international growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all direct tax compliance processes and deadlines.
  • Advise the business on direct tax matters with a strong commercial focus.
  • Lead on tax planning initiatives and support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain best practices in tax risk management and governance.
  • Monitor legislative changes and drive implementation of necessary updates.
  • Build strong relationships across finance, legal, and leadership teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Fully qualified accountant or tax advisor (ACCA, ACA, CTA).
  • Solid experience in UK corporate tax within a multinational or complex business.
  • Ability to interpret and explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
