Established HNW Client Book | No Business Development | Hybrid Working

We’re delighted to be recruiting for a long-standing client—an award-winning Chartered Wealth Management firm in Surrey with whom we’ve partnered for nearly a decade. Over the years, we’ve placed multiple professionals within the business, all of whom remain with the firm and continue to thrive in their roles.

Following a strong year of growth, they are now seeking a Financial Adviser to take over an established book of high-net-worth clients from the founding Partner, who plans to retire within the next 12 months.

The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to inherit a fully serviced, loyal portfolio of clients—many of whom have long-standing personal relationships with the retiring Partner. You’ll work closely with him during the transition period to ensure a seamless handover and continued high level of care.

This role is ideal for an adviser who enjoys client interaction and delivering tailored financial planning—but prefers not to focus on business development. The firm offers full paraplanning support, a strong compliance framework, and a highly collaborative team environment.

Client Profile

Clients include individuals at and post-retirement, wealth accumulators, and SME business owners. Advice areas include:

  • Investments & Pensions
  • Protection
  • Trust & Estate Planning

Any technical knowledge gaps will be supported through ongoing training and development.

About You

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in private client wealth management
  • Comfortable providing holistic, independent advice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
  • Interested in a stable, long-term role with minimal business development

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to ÂŁ80,000 + bonus on all revenue generated
  • Established, HNW client bank - no cold prospecting
  • Full paraplanning and admin support
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Hybrid working available - flexible office/home balance
  • Supportive leadership and clear career stability

Interested? If you’re an experienced adviser ready for a new chapter with a secure client bank and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
