What will the FP&A Specialist role involve? 
  • Financial Planning & Forecasting: Build and manage complex financial models to forecast business performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.

  • Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process, engaging cross-functional teams to ensure realistic and strategic planning.

  • Management Reporting: Deliver high-quality monthly and quarterly management reports, offering clear analysis of revenue, costs, and key performance indicators.

  • Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance and trend analysis, highlighting drivers of performance and opportunities for improvement.

  • Strategic Support: Support wider strategic initiatives, including investment appraisals, scenario planning, and capital allocation.

  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, providing financial insight to support critical decisions.

Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Specialist vacancy: 
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven ability to interpret financial data and deliver meaningful insights to influence business strategy.

  • Strong Communicator: Capable of presenting financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.

  • Part -Qualified Professional: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent, 

  • Relevant Experience: Demonstrable experience in an FP&A or commercial finance role, ideally within a fast-paced or consumer-led environment.
