The Role:
Finding great candidates...
Once you have connected with a candidate (on LinkedIn) who confirms they are open to the idea of a new role (or better still, actively looking!), you would find out some basic information about them & then put me in contact.
I would then have an introductory call to understand them/their requirements, send them vacancy ideas, forward their CV to clients, organise interviews & manage the offer process.
Then, once your candidate has successfuly secured employment with one of our clients & the invoice is settled, you will receive the commission.
Earnings:
This is a commission only role
For each successful placement, you would recieve 10% of the fee. On average, this will be £200-£300 per candidate.
I aim for 4-6 placements per month but this could be significantly higher with additional help on the candidate sourcing.
