This business is a leader within their category. They are a fast paced business with a vast product portfolio and are now looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join their team.
Description
You will be responsible for:
- Driving product marketing strategies to drive growth and market share
- Identifying growth and innovation opportunities
- Leading product launches through the stage gate process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Managing the lifecycle of products, from inception to launch and beyond
- Developing customer sell in plans
- Creating and defining the 3 year roadmap with cross functional teams
- Maintaining a strong understanding of market and competitor landscape
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in product and portfolio strategy within an FMCG/Consumer environment
- The ability to balance the day to day with long term vision
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrable experience in guiding products through the stage gate process from concept to launch
- A keen understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour.
Job Offer
A salary of up to 90,000 + package + benefits is on offer for the successful candidate.
