Band 6 or 7 Community Podiatrist – Locum Role (Surrey)

Are you a Podiatrist with strong experience in community healthcare settings?Hunter Gatherer AHP have a locum opportunity available for a Band 6 or 7 Community Podiatrist to work in Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a podiatrist with community experience to join a supportive team on an ongoing basis.

Position Overview
  • Job Title: Band 6 or 7 Community Podiatrist

  • Location: Surrey

  • Contract Length: Ongoing

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Pay Rate: Dependent on experience and banding

  • Working Pattern: Up to full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide podiatric care in a community setting, including wound care and preventative interventions

  • Manage a caseload of patients with complex foot health needs

  • Conduct domiciliary visits and clinics as required

  • Work independently and as part of a wider MDT

  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Essential Criteria
  • HCPC registration

  • Previous experience working in community podiatry

  • Strong clinical decision-making skills

  • Ability to manage own caseload

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
