Who we’re looking for.

As the Managing Director of Co-op Homes, you will live our values, promote our brand, grow our business and keep us compliant to ensure our residents are safe.

We’re looking for someone with a proven ability to shape and deliver a clear strategic vision while driving service excellence. You’ll have experience in leading and delivering business change and achieving business growth in a commercial social housing management environment, inspiring employees, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.

You’ll work with the board and the senior leadership team on developing and delivering our strategy, aligned to our vision.  Your strong governance with robust, accessible reporting will help keep the business safe. You’ll be accountable for the overall annual budget and will empower and develop the leadership team to make sure that stretching corporate objectives are achieved.
