We are currently working with a highly respected regional law firm in Surrey that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Legal Administrator to join their established conveyancing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their legal career within a professional, friendly, and supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have recently completed their legal studies (preferably the LPC) or be actively working towards it. This role offers hands-on experience and career progression within a reputable firm that values growth and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to fee earners in the conveyancing department.
- Assisting with files from instruction through to post-completion.
- Managing documentation, file maintenance, and client communication.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within tight deadlines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within a conveyancing team (either as a Legal Assistant or Administrator).
- A strong can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A proactive and professional approach to work.
