This role is crucial in providing top-notch clerical support and ensuring the efficient operation of our therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties: Greet service users, check them into clinics, and address their queries.
- Clerical Support: Manage clinic bookings using the EMIS system to maximize all clinic slots.
- Preparation of Case Notes: Ensure case notes are ready in advance of outpatient clinics and book appointments per departmental guidelines.
- Clinic Schedule Management: Assist in planning and administering clinic schedules to optimize resource use and meet operational demands.
- Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data integrity and confidentiality in line with legal frameworks and departmental policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and the EMIS system.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing front desk operations and interacting effectively with diverse groups.
- Multitasking: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
