- Utilising Autodesk Inventor for concept modelling, detailed manufacturing drawings, part and assembly modelling, parametric design, and CAD simulation for optimization and structural analysis.
- Ensuring that the design team meets deadlines through communication, planning, and monitoring.
- Organising design review meetings and managing engineering changes and library parts.
- Leading the team through daily meetings and communication with stakeholders.
- Managing personal design projects and overseeing all aspects of the design department's functions.
- Holder of an engineering degree or relevant qualification.
- Prior experience managing or leading a team.Â
- Strong knowledge of Inventor or SolidWorks
- Experience with manufacturing processes including weldments, fabrication, and sheet metal.Â
