Job Description:

  • Handling comprehensive diary and schedule management.
  • Organising Engineers’ schedules and ensuring they are fully equipped for site visits.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and phone.
  • Distributing completed job documentation following installation.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and managing equipment orders.
  • Providing administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Updating and maintaining the company database.

  • Self-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and office support
  • Effective team player with the discipline to work independently from home
  • Open to undergoing security clearance as required
