Contracts / Projects Manager - London / South London
A leading plaster company are looking to appoint a highly competent Project Manager to assist them with exciting, high end luxury interior developments across London and the Southeast, typically working on multimillion pound homes and five-star hotels. The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit team and well-established family business who take pride in their strong staff retention.
The Project Manager - Responsibilities
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing up to 15 projects at a time, ranging in price. You will ideally have previous experience in high-end projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating teams across multiple projects
- Ensure work is completed to exceptional standard
- Review drawings and specifications
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation
- Manage material calls and liaise with workshop staff to ensure production is running smoothly
- Must be able to use excel /Advanced excel skills
Project Manager Qualifications and Requirements
- CSCS Card
- Relevant degree or experience, e.g. BSc Construction Management
- Health and Safety training
- Trade background welcomed
- Commercially aware
- Client Facing
- Excel skills
- Proactive attitude
