A well-established and respected law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. The firm has developed a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services with a personal touch, and it is now looking to expand its conveyancing department with the addition of a dedicated and capable professional.

The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions
  • New build purchases and Help to Buy schemes
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Unregistered titles
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals throughout the process

Candidate ProfileThe ideal applicant will have:

  • At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience in residential conveyancing
  • A strong technical understanding of conveyancing processes and relevant legislation
  • The ability to manage files independently from instruction to post-completion
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive and commercially aware approach
  • A willingness to participate in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using legal case management software
