About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales results in the South-West Surrey area. You’ll drive sales, manage client relationships, and play an integral part in the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver individual and team revenue by meeting KPIs and driving property sales.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, securing new business and generating repeat instructions.
  • Conduct Viewings: Lead property viewings and advise potential buyers, ensuring a smooth sales process.
  • Sales Progression: Manage ongoing client instructions and liaise with solicitors to ensure smooth progress through to completion.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to both buyers and sellers via face-to-face interactions, phone, and email.
  • Market Insight: Utilize your local market knowledge to advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet collective goals and share expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in residential property sales with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Local knowledge of the Guildford/Horsham area and surrounding markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • A full understanding of the residential sales process and relevant regulations (AML, KYC).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
