Experienced Restaurant Manager Rosette British Dining, Oxshott

We are looking for an experience Restaurant Manager to join the front of house team at a 3 Rosette British dining pub in Oxshott. This beautiful village pub with around 60 covers, focuses on fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, to create a refined menu. With dining in the restaurant, bar or their large garden, this gastro pub is the perfect setting all year round from cosy log fires to al fresco dining and private events.

The Perks Of The Role

As Restaurant Manager you will receive:

  • Salary of £34,000 to £36,000 per annum.
  • 2 days off together Monday and Tuesday.
  • Consistent schedule one single day shift, other 4 straight shifts.

The Ideal Candidate

Were looking for a Restaurant Manager whos has the following skills and experience:

  • Operational hands on experience in leading, training and developing the front of house team.
  • High experience in customer service.
  • Able to run service in the absence of the General Manager.
  • A minimum of one years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants.
  • Ideally have experience at Rosette level.
  • Strong wine knowledge.
  • Organised and passionate for all things hospitality.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.
  • Reliable and hard working is essential.
  • Guest satisfaction, team morale and guest rapport to be the priority
  • Strong communication skills and a polished approach.
  • Can do attitude and team player mentality.
  • Live local to Oxshott or have reliable means of transport.
