As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure progress and well being
Work closely with LSAs, Behaviour Mentors, and other support staff
Monitor and report on student achievement, behaviour, and development
Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working in SEN schools or specialist provisions
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
Empathy, adaptability, and commitment to positive outcomes for students
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
